Dai Beach

Dai Beach, also being known as Bai Dai, is located on the north west coast of Phu Quoc facing the Gulf of Thailand. Do not get confused with the Bai Dai located at Nha Trang, south east coast of Vietnam. This Bai Dai is a previously deserted pristine beach that runs more than 2 miles. Dai Beach is filled with fine yellow sand and surrounded with warm blue-green waters that lies between Vung Bau Beach and Ganh Dauh Beach.

However, recently there has been an opening of a mega amusement resort, Vinpearl. More constructions were seen working along Dai Beach hence there are trash found at certain part of the beach. I think it’s just a matter of time this secluded beauty of Bai Dai will be taken over by this amusement resort. Guess these rocks make a good subject for long exposure photography.
